Zach Harrison Sits Out On-Field Workouts at NFL Scouting Combine Due to Minor Hamstring Injury

Zach Harrison was expected to be among the standouts of the first day of workouts at the NFL Scouting Combine, but a hamstring injury prevented that from happening.

Harrison did not run the 40-yard dash or participate in any on-field drills with the defensive linemen at the NFL Scouting Combine during their workout session on Thursday. Harrison told NFL Network’s Charles Davis that he tweaked his hamstring last Monday, which is why he opted not to work out Thursday, but said he is planning to work out at Ohio State’s pro day March 22.

I'm told #OhioState Zach Harrison suffered a minor hamstring strain and unfortunately isn't working out today.
