Simone Biles, the reigning three-time world and U.S. champion, was born in Columbus but moved at age 3 after being adopted by her grandparents. She lives and trains in Houston. Nia Dennis, all-around silver medalist at the 2014 U.S. Championships, trained at Buckeye Gymnastics before leaving her New Albany home to move to Naperville, Illinois, last July to be coached by Jiani Wu.
