Urban Meyer may be on the verge of hitting a trifecta that would be the envy of any college coach. He could possibly bring the top three performers at The Opening to his 2017 recruiting class. Anybody would love to have even one of these players.
At The Opening, there is the SPARQ competition testing each player’s abilities in speed, power, agility, reaction and quickness. An Ohio State commit, running back J.K. Dobbins. won the competition with a score of 146.76.
Finishing second was safety Jeffrey Okudah with a score of 142.56. Urban Meyer really wants to bring Okudah into the 2017 class, and the number 1 safety in the country is considered to be a strong Ohio State lean.
