CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Ohio State Buckeyes are closing in on the longest winning streak in school history, a record set with 24 wins in a row over the 2012 and 2013 seasons.
Ohio State extended its current winning streak to 20 in a row with a victory over Penn State on Saturday.
The current streak stands as the third-longest winning streak in school history, behind only the 2012-13 streak and a run of 22-straight victories for the Woody Hayes-led Buckeyes of 1967-69.
The Buckeyes last lost on Sept. 6., 2014, to Virginia Tech. OSU closed out the 2014 season with 13 straight wins and are 7-0 in 2015.
