What We Learned: Ohio State vs Illinois

The Buckeyes fought back from a slow start to defeat the Illini 28-3 and retain the Illibuck. Illinois’s defense did a good job of containing Ohio State’s offense in the first half, but Ezekiel Elliott and company proved to be too much in the second half.

While the Buckeyes were able to cover the spread, the offense looked inconsistent throughout the game. Barrett and the rest of the offense couldn’t get into the rhythm they had during the games against Penn State and Rutgers. Here’s what we learned from this one.
