Evan Turner was a former National Player of the Year at Ohio State during a year he daggered Michigan from halfcourt in the 2010 Big Ten tournament.
So it's only appropriate Ohio State honored the No. 2 pick in the 2010 NBA Draft during halftime of Ohio State's home clash with Michigan. (The Buckeyes surprisingly staked themselves to a 36-28 lead at the break.)
Turner averaged 20.4 points, 9.2 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game during the 2009-10 season when he was named the Associated Press Player of the Year, won the Oscar Robertson Trophy, Naismith Award and Wooden Award.
