Fans — and apparently reporters — might assume the strongest former-athlete friendships exist among Buckeyes who played football, but Mogg shot down that assumption without a word.
Then he explained.
“Absolutely there is a special bond, no matter what,” said Mogg, who played for Ohio State in the early 1980s before embarking on a 10-year professional career that included three years on the PGA Tour.
