Current Ohio State football coach Urban Meyer and former Ohio State football coach Jim Tressel will be among the speakers at Earle Bruce's celebration of life at St. John Arena on Wednesday.
Meyer, who was a graduate assistant for Bruce in 1986 and 1987 and has looked up to Bruce as a mentor ever since, and Tressel, who was an assistant coach for Bruce at Ohio State from 1983 to 1985, are both scheduled to speak at Wednesday's event honoring Bruce, Ohio State's football coach from 1979 to 1987, who died Friday at the age of 87.
