Since exiting as the Ohio State Buckeyes head coach after the Rose Bowl, Urban Meyer has kept up a busy schedule. He’s slotted as an assistant athletic director, a member of the upcoming Fox Sports college football pregame show, and is in the process of opening up a restaurant in Dublin, Ohio.
