According to numerous reports, former Ohio State quarterback Troy Smith was arrested in Westerville early Sunday morning on an OVI charge after blowing a .143 following a traffic stop.
Pulled over for improper display of license plates, Smith failed a field sobriety test and was also found to be in possession of marijuana after authorities found a blunt in the vehicle.
As such, Smith was also charged with improper display of license plates and possession of marijuana.
The former Heisman Trophy winner has a court date set for 9:00 a.m. Monday.
