TreVeyon Henderson Named Big Ten Co-Offensive Player and Freshman of the Week After Breaking Ohio State's Freshman Rushing Record

A Buckeye is the Big Ten Freshman of the Week for the third week in a row.

While Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud won the award after each of the Buckeyes’ first two games, running back TreVeyon Henderson is this week's Big Ten Freshman of the Week after rushing for an Ohio State freshman-record 277 yards in his first career start against Tulsa.

Henderson was also named the Big Ten's co-offensive player of the week, sharing that honor with Michigan State quarterback Payton Thorne, becoming the first Ohio State player to win the offensive player of the week award this season.
