No. 4 Ohio State women’s hockey wrapped up a series sweep of St. Cloud on Saturday. The Bucks defeated the Huskies in workmanlike fashion, rolling to a 4-0 victory. The shutout was the fourth of the season for the Buckeyes and goalie Kassidy Sauve.
Maddy Field staked OSU to a 1-0 lead late in the first period. She took advantage of the team’s first power play and collected her second goal of the series. Field has been steadily piling up the points lately. She has four goals and three assists in her last four outings and now leads the team with 10 points.
