Well, things sure are getting interesting. As the No. 6 Ohio State Buckeyes prepare to play the No. 21 Northwestern Wildcats in tomorrow’s Big Ten Championship Game, a report from Scott Roussel of Football Scoop indicates that despite interest from teams on both the collegiate and professional levels, offensive coordinator Ryan Day will remain in Columbus for the 2019 season.
Roussel says that Day will also receive yet another pay raise, and an understanding (written or otherwise) that whenever head coach Urban Meyer decides to step away from coaching, that Day will be the one to succeed him.
