Less than 24 hours after Ohio State suspended voluntary workouts due to positive COVID-19 tests, and shortly after the Big Ten announced it will be playing only in-conference games this fall, Ryan Day had a message for Ohio State fans.
Via Twitter, Day sent a message to Buckeye fans to follow the health protocols set forth by the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC in order to increase the chances that Ohio State will be able to play games this fall.
“We know that we are in a very serious situation with the pandemic that's going on across the country, in Ohio and in Columbus,” Day said.
