The first road test for Ohio State this season has come to pass. The Buckeyes opened conference play against the Michigan State Spartans in East Lansing last Saturday Night, ultimately leaving that state up north with a 38-7 victory.
Did OSU put forth a satisfactory performance? How differently could the game have played out if the officials correctly enforced a facemask penalty on Aidan Chiles' fumble in the first half? Should fans move on to October more or less encouraged by Will Howard after throwing an interception for a second straight week? What about the defense conceding a total of over 380 yards of offense in the first halves of the last two games?
