New Ohio State quarterbacks coach Ryan Day played and coached for Chip Kelly and was a graduate assistant under Urban Meyer. Think he doesn’t know a thing or two about a fast paced spread offense?
The young coach has an impressive resume to say the least. First he was the quarterback for New Hampshire when Kelly was the offensive coordinator and in the process of developing his high-powered offense. Day set four school career records, including completion percentage and touchdowns while playing for Kelly.
He then coached tight ends at New Hampshire before becoming a graduate assistant at Boston College and then was a GA for Urban Meyer at Florida in 2005.
