Parris Campbell Becomes 33rd Former Ohio State Player to Win A Super Bowl

Parris Campbell is a Super Bowl champion.

Campbell became the 33rd former Ohio State player to win a Super Bowl as a member of the winning team’s active roster as Campbell’s Philadelphia Eagles blew out the Kansas City Chiefs. Like Ohio State vs. Oregon in the Rose Bowl, the Eagles took a 34-0 lead before cruising to victory, ultimately defeating the Chiefs 40-22.

Campbell is the first Buckeye to win a Super Bowl since Darron Lee won Super Bowl LIV with the Chiefs in their win over the San Francisco 49ers five years ago.
