After clinching a share of the title on Friday night, the Ohio State women's soccer team won the Big Ten Championship outright for the first time on Wednesday night by defeating the Indiana Hoosiers, 2-1, at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.

Both goals for the No. 13 Buckeyes were scored by senior forward Sammy Edwards in the third minute and the seventh minute, and Ohio State never looked back.
