Ohio State unveiled a constant full-court press in its 113-61 exhibition-game win over Ursuline College, to ho-hum reviews from the Buckeyes and coach Kevin McGuff.
“It wasn’t good,” senior guard Cait Craft said. “It didn’t have anything to do with the competition. It was strictly us. We didn’t pressure the ball, and we let them pick apart our press.
“If we’re going to do that, Coach McGuff is going to call the press off, as he should. There would be no point to use it if we’re not going to pressure the ball, get to the spots and communicate.
