Olympics | Ohio State's Kyle Snyder wins semifinal match, now goes for gold

Ohio State junior Kyle Snyder looks like a veteran in his first Olympics at age 20.

Snyder defeated Albert Saritov of Romania by a 7-0 score in today’s quarterfinals of the 97-kilogram (213 pounds) division at the Rio de Janiero Olympics.

Snyder, the reigning freestyle world champion, is now is two wins shy of becoming the youngest American wrestler to win an Olympic gold medal.

Henry Cejudo was 21 when he won gold for the U.S. wrestling team at the Beijing Games in 2008.

Snyder had no trouble with Saritov, who is 11 years older at age 31.
