Ohio State’s travel roster for its second road game of the year at Oregon is nearly identical to its travel roster for the first road game of the season at Michigan State.
With only walk-on running back TC Caffey unavailable due to injury, Ohio State made just one change to its travel roster for the Oregon game with Anthony Venneri replacing Nick McLarty as the Buckeyes’ backup punter.
The other 73 players who made the trip to Eugene are the same 73 who traveled to East Lansing. The removal of McLarty leaves nine true freshmen on the travel roster: quarterback Julian Sayin, running backs James Peoples and Sam Williams-Dixon, wide receivers Mylan Graham and Jeremiah Smith, defensive end Eddrick Houston, linebacker Payton Pierce, cornerback Aaron Scott Jr.
