Following the team's second intrasquad scrimmage Saturday, Ryan Day took to the lectern Monday to announce that Ohio State remains undecided on who its starting signal caller will be.
Devin Brown and Kyle McCord are still locked in a tight race, with the picture for the team becoming clearer along the offensive line.
