Ohio State running back Mike Weber, a four-star recruit entering his freshman year, may not be available for the Buckeyes when they take on Virginia Tech in their opening contest. Weber, who earned the removal of his black stripe just this past Saturday, has a torn meniscus and will undergo surgery Tuesday morning. Eleven Warriors was the first to report the news. He’s expected to be sidelined 3-4 weeks.
Weber took to Twitter late Monday night to inform his followers that he isn’t getting down on himself.
