With the 2019 Big Ten men’s basketball media day taking place on Wednesday, the conference released their preseason honorees as selected by the media. Michigan State senior guard Cassius Winston is the league’s preseason Player of the Years, and is one of three unanimous all-conference honorees.
Joining Winston with a unanimous selection from the media are Maryland senior guard Anthony Cowan Jr. and Ohio State junior forward Kaleb Wesson.
