Following last week's 38-10 win over Penn State inside Ohio Stadium, the Buckeyes hit the road to travel to Piscataway for the first time to take on Rutgers. One big change Urban Meyer announced earlier in the week was that J.T. Barrett would be the starter at quarterback after Cardale Jones started the first seven games of the season for Ohio State.
