After starting the season with home victories over Mount St. Mary's and Grambling State, the Ohio State Buckeyes have lost two non-conference games in a row at home. The first came to UT Arlington, and most recently to Louisiana Tech.
Tonight, the Buckeyes face Memphis in the HoopHall Miami Invitational, against a Tigers team that similarly beat Grambling State, but lost to UT Arlington. Both teams have had similar slow starts to the season, as this matchup is not as hyped up as it was first imagined to be.
A win for the Buckeyes might just be what the doctor ordered for this team.
