Ohio State now knows its first opponent for the 2023-24 men's basketball season.
According to a report from CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein, the Buckeyes are set to host Oakland on Nov. 6 in Columbus.

Ohio State has only taken on the Golden Grizzlies on three previous occasions dating back to the 1949-50 season, with the most recent matchup taking place on Dec. 23, 2010.
