Ohio State to offer free tickets to federal employees during shutdown

On Friday, the Ohio State University Athletic Department announced that beginning with OSU’s men’s basketball game against Maryland later that night, they would be giving all federal government employees two free tickets to all Ohio State athletic events, including men’s and women’s basketball, men’s hockey, wrestling, women’s gymnastics, and men’s lacrosse. This offer will continue throughout the duration of the federal government shutdown.

According to an OSU press release, the offer can only be redeemed on the day of the event, and tickets should be claimed at the Schottenstein Center box office, or at the ticket office of the specific event venue.
