It’s been a wild recruiting weekend for the Ohio State football program. On Tuesday, they were able to secure 2017 JuCo cornerback Kendall Sheffield. The addition of Sheffield bolted the Buckeyes to No. 1 overall in the recruiting rankings. However, that lead didn’t last very long. Early Wednesday morning, ‘17 wide receiver Tyjon Lindsey announced his departure from the Ohio State class. The Buckeyes will now look to fill the void that Lindsey leaves in the class and they wasted no time getting started.
Wednesday afternoon, ‘17 WR Ty Jones from Provo (UT) announced on his Twitter account that he received an offer from the Buckeyes.
