The Ohio State men's and women's tennis teams completed Big Ten sweeps by winning conference tournaments titles on Sunday to go with their regular-season crowns.
While the men earned their 11th tournament championship with a 4-1 victory over Illinois in Minneapolis, the women celebrated the first in program history by beating Michigan 4-2 in East Lansing, Mich.
“This is such a good feeling right now,” women's coach Melissa Schaub said. “I am so proud of the team and what they have accomplished. Today is the reason why you put in all of the long hours. For them to get to run out and celebrate is a feeling they will never forget.
