While the recruiting world waits for no one, most of the news was fairly quiet for Ohio State on Monday. Still, one of the top safetys in the class of 2017, Jaylen Kelly-Powell, went to see Texas-Notre Dame over the weekend and seemed to greatly enjoy himself.
