The big news on Wednesday was Ohio State officially welcoming the two 2016 prospects in their hoops recruiting class to the program. '16 C Derek Funderburk, formerly of St. Edward (OH), who spent his senior year in Virginia at Hargrave Military Academy, is coming back home to be a student-athlete for the university as Funderburk signed his letter of intent with the Buckeyes.

Joining Funderburk is '16 C Micah Potter, who at one point during the recruiting process was rumored as a possible reclassification candidate to the 2017 class.
