Ezekiel Elliott made it known long before the Fiesta Bowl that he would forgo his final season at Ohio State and enter the NFL draft.
He made his final game a memorable one. He tied a Fiesta Bowl record with four touchdowns and ran for 149 yards in 27 carries in Ohio State’s 44-28 victory on Friday. Elliott added a 30-yard reception on a swing pass that set up one of his scores.
“I feel like I left on a great note,” he said. “Every time you ask, I’m going to give credit where it’s due, and that’s to the offensive line.
