Every starter on Ohio State's offense, nearly every starter on Ohio State's defense and a few additional players were named champions for their performances in Saturday's 38-25 win over Penn State.
A total of 24 champions were named by Ohio State on Monday for the Buckeyes' 13-point win over the Nittany Lions, including 14 offensive players and 10 defensive players.
All 11 starters on offense – Justin Fields, Master Teague, offensive player of the game Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson, Luke Farrell, Jeremy Ruckert, Thayer Munford, Harry Miller, Josh Myers, Wyatt Davis and Nicholas Petit-Frere – were named champions along with running back Trey Sermon, wide receiver Jameson Williams and tight end Jake Hausmann.
