For the first time since they enrolled at Ohio State, the Buckeyes' 11 early enrollees and transfers were made available to reporters on Wednesday.
Some of the discussion centered around defensive coordinator Jim Knowles. Freshman linebacker C.J. Hicks said Knowles has made a good first impression.
“If you give 100%, you’ll have a good relationship with him. He doesn’t like guys who give half-effort,” Hicks said.
Meanwhile, the OSU player who knows Knowles best is Oklahoma State transfer safety Tanner McCalister, who says Jim Knowles’ defense is going to be aggressive.
