JaQuan Lyle took a complicated path to get to Ohio State.
Three years at Bosse High School in Evansville, Indiana, led to a senior season at Huntington Prep in West Virginia before he finished out his prep career at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
Now he’s a freshman for the Buckeyes and suddenly struggling. After scoring 29 points on Jan. 10 in a 25-point loss to Indiana — the most points for a Buckeye in a game this season — Lyle followed with the fifth triple-double in Ohio State history three days later against Rutgers.
