Jae’Sean Tate was on his way to class Monday when he saw a clear indication that things were not normal at Ohio State.
“I was about two blocks from turning onto College (Avenue) and police cars just started flying by me,” he said today. “Then I got the alert to my phone. I was in an Uber, and I just told him to turn around. I went back to the house and turned on the CNN to see what was going on.”
What was going on was an attack on campus that sent 11 people to area hospitals after a man drove into pedestrians and exited his vehicle wielding a butcher knife.
