Urban Meyer’s offense looked bad. It has all season. It’s baffling how they have been so stagnant with just about every weapon returning from the National Championship roster. Earlier in the year, the excuses were made that the team was playing down to their competition, or that Cardale Jones was not suited to run the offense. Now, it is clear; the Buckeyes are no longer an elite football team.
Many could point the finger at the departure of last season’s offensive coordinator Tom Herman as to why the offense seems misguided. But isn’t Urban Meyer supposed to be an offensive genius?
