Former Ohio State left tackle Chris Ward was named Monday as a member of the College Football Hall of Fame’s class of 2024, becoming the 28th former Ohio State football player to be selected for enshrinement in the College Football Hall of Fame.

Ward is one of Ohio State’s all-time great offensive linemen, earning first-team All-Big Ten honors in all three of his seasons as Ohio State’s starting left tackle (1975-77).
