The Big Ten has not been known for its quarterback play like the Ohio State football program is. But recent recruiting and transfer wins within the conference have brought that level of play up a notch and Ohio State needs to be ready for them in 2023.
There are a few very good quarterbacks who did not make this list, which speaks to the level of competition that the Buckeyes will face this season. Players like Wisconsin’s Tanner Mordecai and Western Kentucky’s Austin Reed both threw for massive numbers last season but did not make the final cut for this list.
