Ohio State football | Receiving corps has withstood numerous injuries

Ohio State has been relatively healthy this season — except at one position.

From training camp on, the Buckeyes have been forced to adapt as player after player from their receiving corps has been lost.

“It’s been devastating,” wide receivers coach Zach Smith said. “We’ve lost five of our top nine wideouts. I’d say that at every school in the country that would be disabling. For us, we have such depth and so much confidence in the guys that are healthy that we haven’t really missed a beat.”

It helps that the receiver the Buckeyes count on most, Michael Thomas, has been healthy.
