The Ohio State football program had an issue with running the ball last season at times against some of the better teams they faced. They weren’t getting enough push at the line of scrimmage nor were the running backs hitting the holes hard enough. That was because of a rash of injuries at the position.
TreVeyon Henderson, Miyan Williams, and Evan Pryor all had injuries throughout the season. All of them are now healthy and are part of a running back room that has incredible depth now because of the injuries. Backs like Dallan Hayden and Chip Trayanum were thrust into roles sooner than expected.
