One thing to take away from this year’s Ohio State Spring Game was the play of the offensive line. For the most part the linemen kept the quarterback from being touched or harassed in the pocket, except for whoever happened to be blocking sophomore defensive end Chase Young.
That’s a story for another day. I’m not sure anybody can keep that talented young man away from the quarterback.
As far as for the running game, there were holes for backs to run through and they weren’t just opened up by the starters on the Gray Team. The Scarlet linemen had a good showing as well and it was a little surprising that each group usually got a good push against the strong defensive line.
