CHICAGO — It figured to be a banner night for the Ohio State Buckeyes in the NFL draft.
But to have two of the top four overall picks, three of the top 10 and five of the top-20 picks was something few predicted.
Former roommates Joey Bosa and Ezekiel Elliott started the Buckeye parade, with Bosa going to the San Diego Chargers with the third selection and Elliott to the Dallas Cowboys immediately after that. The New York Giants then took cornerback Eli Apple with the 10th pick.
Ohio State has never had three players taken in the top 10 of the same draft.
