Ohio State football | Jack Looks Back: Janowicz was a true all-around threat

Jack Park, a leading Ohio State football historian, checks in each week during the college football season with a retrospective about the Buckeyes.

After starting at quarterback for nearly three seasons and sitting out last year with an injury, Braxton Miller is now proving to be a very effective runner and receiver. Two games into the 2015 season, Miller is OSU’s second-leading runner with 118 yards and third-leading receiver with 95 yards. He has scored a touchdown from each position.

When it comes to versatility, Vic Janowicz generally is regarded as Ohio State’s finest all-around player.
