Binjimen Victor, a consensus four-star receiver prospect from Coconut Creek, Fla., announced Monday he has committed to sign a national letter of intent with Ohio State.
Victor, 6 feet 4, 180 pounds, delivered the news via Twittter.
“For the next four years I will continue my academic and football journey at The Ohio State University!!” Victor wrote.
He had said earlier Monday he had narrowed his finalists to OSU, Tennessee and West Virginia, adding, "By far this is the hardest decision I’ve ever made in my life,” Victor tweeted at that time.
Then he stepped up at noon and wrote that he committed to Ohio State.
