We’ve talked ad nauseam about the fact that the Ohio State football team needs a better defense this season if they want to truly contend for a national championship. The secondary was the reason why they didn’t a year ago because they gave up too many big plays.
Apart from improving that part of the defense, the Buckeyes also need to create more big plays on defense. Forcing turnovers is one way to keep the secondary from getting burned as often as it does. Anyone on the defense can create these turnovers.
