Ohio State Football: Could recent athlete injuries affect future sports?

Related Topics: Bronny James

As we all know there have been a good amount of major injuries to the Ohio State football team in the last couple of years. Is it possible that this could affect the number of athletes in the next couple of generations?

There are a lot more high-profile injuries happening to athletes now. Damar Hamlin’s cardiac arrest. Bronny James also suffered a cardiac arrest. Alex Smith’s leg injury, and Tua Tagovailoa’s multiple concussions. These are injuries that are extremely severe and may lead many kids to just stop playing certain contact sports.

I believe in the next 10 to 20 years it will be harder for colleges to find recruits due to more people quitting sports due to injuries.
