One former Ohio State football player had a day he won’t soon forget. Not only was it Carlos Hyde’s birthday, his son was born.
That big news was the only thing that could top his 98 yard, two touchdown game performance. His efforts helped the Browns to their first win in nearly two years.
Hyde’s first score was late in the third quarter. He took the handoff and cut right, where he met three defenders he rushed through to cross the goal line. His second, he took the ball effortlessly between the tackles and walked into the end zone upright.
