Many wondered how the Ohio State football team would respond in a close four quarter game against a strong team. They got the answer today as the No. 2 ranked Buckeyes held off the No. 8 Nittany Lions to win 28-17.
It didn’t look like this would be a close game as Ohio State dominated the first half and led 14-0 heading into the break. If not for a fumble by Justin Fields at the goal line it would have been a three touchdown lead.
It seemed like more of the same in the second half as the Buckeyes scored first to go up 21-0 and seemed to have control of the game.
